Questions, answered.

Do I pay anything for the estimate?

No. The on-site estimate is free. You only pay if you decide to order.

What if I need more than 10 shades?

Each additional shade is $12 to install.

How long from estimate to install?

Between two and three weeks. Rush available.

Will blackout shades make my room fully dark?

The fabric blocks light completely. Roller shades can leave a thin line of light at the edges. [Mention side channels if you offer them.]

Do solar shades give privacy at night?

No. At night, with your lights on, people can see in. For bedrooms or anywhere you want privacy after dark, choose blackout.

Does the 20% off apply to installation?

No. The 20% off applies to the shades only. Installation is a flat $189 for up to 10 shades.
